Happy New Year to Z and ZC Nation! Oh yh, Soft spoken, silent and peaceful is what I crave to do too. And fasting! I'm a Muslim and I usually fast on some Mondays and Thursdays aside the one month compulsory fasting. And boy, oh boy! The feeling of peace and serenity you feel, the connection between you and God becomes strengthened! There's just so many beautiful things you feel all at once that sometimes it becomes overwhelming (but in a good way).
Fasting is one of the best habits to try in life!
