I have been very depressed lately. I haven't been able to talk to anybody about it because I feel shame. I haven't left my bed in a week. I don't want people to see me so broken. So I'd rather just hide it away.

Stephanie, you're not broken in God's eyes. Depression, sadness, heartbreaking pain, and all forms of suffering are experiences we all have had, one way or the other. It will pass. As I write, sensitivity to your journey is so important. I ask God to give you strength and magnify his love so that you can feel his presence. Dear God, let Stephanie know that she's not alone. Take negative thoughts and feelings of shame away, and replace it with a warm smile of joy. This I pray, in the precious name of Jesus. Amen! Sending you love and compassion Stephanie!❤🙏

Zeta, your message is encouraging and strengthening. I've NEVER watched any of the Love Island shows. But, when I saw you, I became curious. Then, when Timmy chose you without hesitation, I was captivated. Your audience has now grown. And, you're glorifying God. Regarding the topic of mental wellness. As you stated Zeta, "Just Hang On!" When I heard about the young man who committed suicide, I thought about this scripture: ... weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. (Psalm 30:5) " JUST HANG ON! Tomorrow is another day. I pray, that we will all know God. He will never leave nor forsake us.

Zeta, thank you for writing about this topic. Although suicide has not directly affected me, I was heartbroken when I learned of TWitch passing. I enjoyed watching his dance videos. He seemed like such a joy to be around. You just never know what someone is going through. I'm having difficulty trying to gather my thoughts to put in writing, but I've been enlightened by reading many of y'all posts. I love how Zeta created a community of individuals who inspire, uplift, and encourage each other. Thank you, Zeta, for creating this space. Happy holidays and many blessings to you all!
